These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mastersofillusionlive.com (the “Site”), the official promotional website for the live stage production Masters of Illusion, operated by Associated Television International (“ATI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is provided for general informational and promotional purposes, including information about the production, its performers, tour dates, venues, press materials, and links to purchase tickets. You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes only.

Tickets to Masters of Illusion are not sold on the Site. Ticket links direct you to independent ticketing providers and venues, such as Ticketmaster and AXS, and to casino, theater, and other venue box offices. All ticket sales are made by those providers and venues, not by us, and are subject to their terms, pricing, fees, refund and exchange policies, age restrictions, and conditions of entry.
We are not responsible for ticket availability, pricing, fees, seating, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or any dispute arising from a ticket purchase. To avoid fraud and invalid tickets, purchase only through the official links provided or a venue’s own authorized channels. We do not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from any resale market or unauthorized seller.
Tour dates, venues, show times, and the performers appearing are subject to change, postponement, or cancellation without notice. Lineups vary by engagement, and any performer named on the Site is not guaranteed to appear at a particular performance. The Site is not a representation that any specific performance, date, or performer will occur; the venue and ticketing provider are the authoritative source for a given event.
All content on the Site — including the Masters of Illusion name and logo, text, graphics, photographs, video and audio clips, artwork, press materials, page layouts, and software — is the property of ATI or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our names, logos, and related marks are our trademarks or service marks. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any of our marks or content, or the name, likeness, or performance of any performer, without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
References on the Site to venues, casinos, ticketing providers, broadcast networks, sponsors, or other third parties, and their names, logos, and trademarks, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Such references do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those parties except where expressly stated. Any age, gaming, or entry notices displayed by a venue are the responsibility of that venue.
Press images, logos, and other materials made available on the Site’s press or EPK pages are provided for editorial and promotional use in connection with the production only, and remain the property of ATI or its licensors. They may not be altered, resold, or used to imply endorsement, and all other rights are reserved.
For any information or communication you submit through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and store that communication for the purpose of responding to and administering your inquiry. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Associated Television International and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This provision governs disputes about the Site and does not affect any venue or dispute-resolution terms that apply to a ticket purchase or event attendance under the applicable provider’s or venue’s terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and revising the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
