Associated Television International (“ATI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates mastersofillusionlive.com (the “Site”), the official promotional website for the live stage production Masters of Illusion. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
We collect information you submit through the contact form on the Site and when you correspond with us by email — including your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you sign up to receive show news or tour announcements, we collect the information you provide for that purpose.
When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics providers automatically record information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. Non-essential cookies do not run until you consent to them through the cookie banner on the Site. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. Most browsers also allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings; disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
Subject to your consent, the Site uses the following third-party technologies:
These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect through these technologies and process it under their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices. Through the Meta Pixel and Google’s advertising cookies, information about your visit may be shared with those platforms for advertising measurement and targeting.
We do not sell tickets or process payments on the Site. Ticket links direct you to independent ticketing providers and venues, such as Ticketmaster and AXS, and to the box offices of the casinos, theaters, and other venues where the show appears. When you follow a ticket link, you leave the Site and any information you provide — including your name, contact details, and payment card information — is collected and handled by that provider or venue under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We never receive or store your payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
The Site links to and may embed content from third-party services, including ticketing providers, venue websites, the show’s broadcast network, social media platforms, and video players. These third parties operate independently of us and maintain their own privacy practices. Some embedded venue or partner content may carry its own notices, including age or gaming disclaimers that are the responsibility of that venue. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site or service.
We retain inquiries and related correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to them, to manage any resulting relationship, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured with our analytics provider.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to request access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, to request correction or deletion of that information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
Because the Site uses the Meta Pixel and Google advertising technologies, we treat this as “sharing” under California law. To opt out, decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, or open “Cookie preferences” in the footer and turn off the Marketing category. You may also contact us using the details below. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where our consent tool detects them.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain processing. Contact us to make a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Masters of Illusion is family entertainment, and children may attend the show and visit the Site with their families. The Site is not, however, directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
